We’re looking for Learning & Development Specialist to join our growing team in Payment Operations. This role is a unique opportunity to have an impact on our mission and help save millions more people money. Your mission is to lead key learning and development initiatives that support Payment Operations business objectives and employee development. You’ll be expected to perform learning needs analysis, instructional design and development, training delivery and evaluation. Two typical areas of work are related to onboarding programs and continuous learning.
Here’s how you’ll be contributing to the team:
Perform learning needs analysis
Help team representatives to use different sources of information in identifying possible learning needs for payment ops teams
Perform further analysis and conduct brainstorming sessions in understanding the root-cause and real learning needs
Agree with leads and representatives on the right training solution in tackling knowledge / skill gaps
Innovate & improve on need analysis methodology and help communicate this to the stakeholders
Select or build courses and other learning initiatives
Assess which existing courses are the most adequate ones in addressing learning needs
Coordinate and contribute towards building Ops on-boarding and refresher training
Work with subject matter experts to develop new courses or improve existing ones when needed
Define learning objectives, write content when needed, define learning activities
Training planning and logistics
Identify who should attend which sessions in collaboration with Team leads
Lead the execution of global programs that would be applicable for Operations team in various offices
Identify and implement improvements in the process of training planning and logistics
Drive improvements
Play an active role in improving the impact measurement of existing courses
Propose, design and execute experiments connected to learning
Be a part of project teams for new global initiatives (e.g. LMS) in defining how implementation strategy for the operations team
Training Facilitation
Conduct the actual training following the Facilitators Guide (when existing) and/or what has been learned in Train The Trainer sessions and applying facilitation skills
Prepare Subject Matter Experts (SME) or/and Reps to facilitate or co-facilitate effectively
Stakeholder Management
Continuously updating your business and product knowledge
Team Lead / L&D rhythm with ops leaders: lead meetings, drive better ways of collaboration
Present to Site Leaders the overall results and plans for L&D in the specific site
About you:
You are located anywhere in the world and willing to move to Tallinn, Estonia (relocation is supported)
You have similar experience in Learning & Development and/or training delivery.
You can convince others, present one’s viewpoint and propose solutions to help others make informed decisions and have efficient decision-making conversations.
You’re able to identify, plan and apply different strategies and techniques to achieve learning objectives.
You can identify, create and apply processes, methods, knowledge, skills and experiences to achieve project objectives
You can clearly convey information and ideas using a variety of media to individuals or groups in a manner that engages the audience and helps them understand and retain the message
You’re able to visualize, articulate, conceptualize and solve problems using available data and observations and finding the root-cause
