We are seeking a Leads & Sales Optimization Manager to champion our cross-functional GTM initiatives. In this role, you will orchestrate and measure all aspects of pricing including margins, packaging programs and monetization initiatives to maximize customer lifetime value in close collaboration with multiple teams at Ladders. You will also play a pivotal role in supporting Ladder’s continued growth of monetization channels with direct business development accounts and partnerships.
The Leads & Sales Optimization Manager at Ladders will :
Own and be accountable for the job monetization, optimization and execution roadmap aligned with our go-to-market sales strategy to drive incremental revenue growth for designated accounts as well as grow additional business development accounts in direct channels
Optimize pricing and packaging which will be housed in Salesforce.com for our team to maximize value for customers while streamlining and simplifying customer adoption process
Actively drive sales and business development, manage relationships with our key direct channel partners aligned with our go-to-market our strategy
Manage rate cards, optimization and active portfolios for designated channels of revenue, along with playbooks for bundling, and renewal pricing where appropriate aligned with our go-to-market sales strategy
Set up a pricing governance process for the company (in Salesforce.com for sales) and establishing best practices around pricing and packaging to accelerate market adoption
Lead efforts to gather market intelligence and competitive landscape updates to maximize customer lifetime value
Identify and prioritize opportunities to accelerate penetration, generate sustainable growth and enable strategic revenue outcomes via job monetization and optimization as part of our go-to-market sales strategy
Collaborate with enablement for content to help customers better understand value associated with our offers in the market
Measure and track monetization performance to enable continuous improvements to our pricing and packaging for designated channels while growing new partners in these channels
Support partners and customers with proactive communication and enablement
Bachelor’s degree in Business, or relevant field of study
4+ years of experience in SaaS companies, ideally within the two-sided marketplace, subscription or aggregator products space
5+ years of experience in pricing strategy, packaging and monetization
Experience in modeling and in developing calculators, dashboards and marketing content
Strong capability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data to create compelling, data-driven narratives
Strong project management skills including ability to influence senior leaders
Well-versed in high growth environments; execution-oriented
Someone who readily absorbs and comprehends new information from formal and informal learning experiences
Effective in working with sales, pre-sales, sales operations, sales enablement, product and tech teams, customer success, and customers
Able to thrive in a fast-paced, “get it done” entrepreneurial environment
Skilled in leading and working with cross-functional teams under tight deadlines
Scrappy - driven, resourceful, and the natural owner of both big ideas and practical daily output
Within your first month, you will learn our products, pricing and go-to-market and
Within your third month, you will execute your pricing plan, establishing best practices and establishing a pricing committee, building your TCO/ROI tools and dashboards, enabling the field
Within your sixth month, you will optimize and scale to drive maximum customer lifetime value
