YOUR ROLE AT BETCLIC

In this context, your duties are:First-line day-to-day

  • First line day to day IT technical support

  • Set up accounts and workstations

  • Install and configure hardware and software

  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues

  • Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements

  • Build and maintain technical documentation

 This internship is for you if:

  • You are familiar with various operating systems and platforms (windows 10, Mac OS)

  • You have networking experience (LAN, WAN)

  • You have knowledge of security systems

  • You know how to use Active Director, PowerShell, Office 36 and Deploying windows

  • You have excellent communication skills

  • You have problem-solving skills

  • You have strong attention to detail

  • You are able to work on your own as well as part of a team.

  • You have knowledge of scripting (asset)
