As a Junior Support Agent, you will be in charge of qualifying leads, establishing the first contact with potential customers, and assigning them to the best team based on their needs. In order to ensure that our clients feel respected and heard, it is critical to make a super-impression during a conversation with us. You are a proactive person and passionate about Customer Service;
You are fluent in English and Russian;
You have excellent writing skills
You are creative and enthusiastic in communication with the client;
