Co-own execution of key projects to streamline Lano internal processes
Translate business requirements into code and explain them to the team
Implementation of Salesforce solutions in the Sales and Service Cloud
Handle daily support tasks and maintenance of internal Salesforce instance, and conduct long-term improvement operations
Connecting internal and third party applications with integration
Own functional tasks and deliverables, including: process definition, requirements gathering, fit/gap analysis, functional QA design, testing, training, reporting, support, and continuous improvement of business applications
Salesforce Developer Certified (Salesforce Administrator and App Builder are a nice to have)
Experience with Apex, SOQL, REST API (SQL & Python is a plus)
