In this role, you will join a growing team of experienced Admins, Engineers and Product Managers to leverage the Salesforce platform and enhance our business operations.

We develop entirely new features, improve workflows and ensure that new company products are supported by the platform. In addition, we work cross-functionally to migrate acquired brands into HomeToGo’s operations. We are looking for a fast learner who prioritizes user-empathy and enjoys working with a variety of stakeholders.

HOW YOU’LL ADD VALUE:

  • Your focus will be to triage and prioritize requests and translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria for your team’s backlog.

  • During the first month, you will establish yourself as the first point of contact for all questions and issues across the Sales & Service Cloud platform and connected services.

  • Within 90 days you will learn to execute simple admin tasks, e.g. creating reports, changing user settings and adjusting case assignment rules.

  • After each sprint, you will create and maintain training material for Salesforce users.

  • Each month, you will onboard and train new users to the platform or lead refresher training courses for existing users.

  • Within a year, you will drive the KPI reporting on team performance.

  • You will work with product managers on cross functional projects, e.g. to support the migration of acquired brands into HomeToGo’s operations.

YOU’LL BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE IF YOU:

  • Have strong problem solving and analytical skills with an ability to identify, develop and implement solutions that meet business needs

  • Are able to transform business needs into IT requirements

  • Have good communication and coordination skills

  • Are a quick learner who pays attention to detail

  • Are fluent in English

  • Entry-level Salesforce Admin experience (e.g. Certified Salesforce Administrator) using Sales and/or Service Cloud is a plus

  • Experience with ticketing systems like Jira is a plus
