Requirements

  • Diploma/degree in Human Resource administration/management

  • 2 - 3 years HR administration and Recruitment experience

  • Advanced MS Office Skills

  • Advanced Excel


 
Ideal Requirements:

  • 2-3 Solid Recruitment experience and HR Administration

  • Strong experience sourcing good candidates.

  • Bulk recruitment experience

  • ICT/tech industry exposure with sound knowledge of ISP services

  • Employee file management experience

  • Talent administration

  • Strong Interviewing Techniques and Etiquette

  • Recruitment Reporting skills

  • Experience with online recruitment tackers and automation
