We’re looking for a Junior Marketing Operations Manager to join our B2B Marketing team! You will be responsible for building and managing our email marketing activities, automation and the further development of our lead conversion processes. Visa and relocation assistance are available.
working in close collaboration with our sales, content, design and marketing teams and becoming a specialist in our lead funnel
responsible for managing daily operations of the email marketing channel including: email content production, segmentation, A / B testing and optimization
supporting in the implementation of CRM strategies, automated lifecycle campaigns and lead management
identifying our target email audience and grow our email list, using particularly placed sign up forms and gated content throughout the website
analysing business KPIs using quantitative and qualitative data as well as derivation of strategic and operational CRM measures
further developing email content strategy and template strategy, taking into account editorial and marketing-based content assets
proficient fluent English, Italian, French or German is a plus
a strong affinity for data and first experience with Excel/Gsheet
excellent project management skills and can coordinate complex tasks, larger projects, various stakeholders, meetings and timelines in a result-oriented manner
first experience in CRM, email marketing or marketing automation, ideally in B2B sector
basic knowledge of e-mail KPIs and CRM metrics or interest in delving deeper into these concepts
previous experience working with an online B2B, HR, Learning and/or subscription business models is a plus
