JUNIOR LAWYER, REMOTE | WORK FROM HOME

We're looking for an enthusiastic Lawyer (enrolled or about to enroll in the Bar) with a focus on privacy-related topics to join us. You will report directly to our Chief Legal Officer.

You will be in charge of:
 
 - Legal research on different topics, with a focus on privacy ones;
 - Taking care of draft analysis;
 - Taking care of draft agreements;
 - Supporting other departments by providing legal advice and reports about specific requests.

Requirements
 
 - Master's degree in Law and at least 2 years of experience in the legal area, of which 1 as a lawyer;
 - Full professional proficiency in English and Italian (experience working on a legal professional level with them);
 - Experience in privacy-related topics;
 - Excellent legal writing skills;
 - Being willing to work in a scale-up environment as a member of a company;
 - Being a team player and being willing to work in a team.

 At iubenda we believe in full-remote. Accordingly, you will be completely free and entitled to work from wherever you prefer in the world.
 At the same time, you have our Bologna and Milan offices at your disposal. Both are incredibly nice places to work from, located in the center of their respective cities. In case you would prefer to work from one of our offices and not remotely, we are currently offering a hybrid work model to give our colleagues a chance to work from one of our offices for up to 2 days per week.
