We are looking for a passionate and fast learner Junior IT Specialist to join the IT Team and our very fast-growing startup. Provide first technical remote support for the company’s hardware,internal employees , business applications, and maintain IT main systems. Ensuring access and stability to our company resources. You choose where you work - from your home, the beach, our office, or through our WeWork global membership program.
Responsibilities
Technical support Mac, Windows OS, applications issues and cloud services
Help-Desk support via tickets, response to issues, requests and to give guidance to users.
Assist with onboarding setup for new employees
Skills
Documentation HD requests, knowledge base.
Creative thinking in problem solving and a drive to expand your knowledge
Experience with Apple devices, macOS
Familiar with Google Workplace, Jira, Slack
Can do and positive attitude
Proficiency in English - must
