Responsibilities
Use your creativity and design skills to create graphics, templates, and design elements to build emails that are responsive, effective, on-brand and eCommerce-focused.
Continually look to improve existing email templates, looking at more interactive emails to help improve open and click-through rates.
Awareness of current design culture – love for brand, design, digital, and communication in general
Design and execute layouts/marketing assets for homepage features, landing pages, digital marketing, social media, opt-ins, site, and email banners.
Qualifications
2+ years’ outstanding digital/graphic design experience
Extensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and HTML
A good understanding of how design can influence buying psychology
Ability to move and adapt quickly to different brands and brand styles
Ecommerce experience or understanding of email software (ESPs) i.e. Klaviyo
A meticulous eye for detail and great work ethic
Proficient in oral and written English
Ability to work in a team environment and take direction from Creative Seniors
Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while upholding the highest quality output.
Other Things You Should Know
Officially your status is a contractor, so you pay your own tax, social security etc. We do offer perks like bonus opportunities.
Minimum working hours are 140h/mo. You need to track your time using Hubstaff (takes random screenshots every 10 min).
Mandatory Slack availability 9AM – 1PM Paris time weekdays with prompt responses.
100% remote position.
