For this role, we have a salary band between 41,800€ and 52,500€ gross per year. The salary that we will offer you will always be within this span and is based on the skills that you show during the recruitment process. We offer you a permanent contract, a BVG ticket and relocation support for international applicants moving to Germany
You support the team in the budgeting and planning process including periodic estimates, while also seeking to improve flaconi’s processes for a smooth, efficient, and well-integrated planning process
You contribute to performing monthly closing tasks including monthly performance meetings
You own and drive mini projects within the team that will help you and flaconi to grow
You work closely with Experienced Controllers in reviewing the tool landscape and proactively make suggestions for improvement
You contribute your quota to strengthen the financial understanding within flaconi
At least 1-2 years of relevant experience
Experience in financial planning and controlling
Good Excel skills
You like to connect with people and discuss ideas to challenge the status quo
You are a supportive team player with the ability to put yourself into other people’s shoes
Fluent in written and spoken English
First touchpoints with Tagetik and VBA is a plus
