  • You should also be able to demonstrate evidence of building and maintaining effective relationships within a team or working group.

You might be pleased to know that we’re changing our approach to office-based working. Although this role is contractually based at one of our offices (Banbury, Cardiff or Belfast), in reality you will be able to work from home, with the caveat of coming into the office to collaborate with your teams as and when you need to. You, your manager and your teams will have the freedom to decide when this will need to happen, but when it is agreed it will be important that you do attend the office. If you are invited for an interview, this can be discussed in more detail.

About WRAP

The way we live today is damaging our planet. It’s a fact.

The world currently uses 1.7 planets’ worth of resources every year. We’ve seen rising greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, biodiversity loss, and pollution of our planet. Some of the changes are already irreversible.

But it’s not too late to help make a difference to save the world, which is exactly what we do at WRAP.

We are a charity designed to deliver change. We work with governments, businesses and people all around the globe in our bid to create a world where resources are used sustainably.

From the food we eat, the clothes we wear and the products we buy. Every single day we are all using the planets resources - often without thought or consequence.

If you join us at WRAP – and we think you should – you'll help us to re-invent, re-think and re-define what is possible from production to consumption and beyond. Whether that’s tackling sustainable product design, reducing waste, encouraging re-use or advocating recycling across the food and drink, plastic packaging, clothing and textiles and the collections and recycling sectors.

You can help us all to do better.
