We’re looking for an expert Accounts Payable Associate to join our dynamic team of 100+ people, working remotely. You’ll manage and oversee our growing accounts payable needs in the US.
Among many exciting challenges, you will:
Own the accounts payable process for US entities by collaborating with our suppliers and supply chain to process supplier invoices; monitor due dates and process payments in a timely manner; and communicate noted concerns to vendors or supply chain to ensure a swift resolution
Maintain good relationships with vendors by managing payables effectively and ensuring that vendors’ queries are satisfactorily resolved
Ensure that the accounts payable and vendor records are kept reconciled and up-to-date
Investigate noted concerns on supplier invoices and accounts payable balances, and immediately raise issues that need to be escalated
Do you have what it takes?
You have 3+ years’ experience as a bookkeeper, with 18+ months’ in accounts payable processing
You’re proficient at using accounting systems/MIS and Excel, and you’re familiar with analytical and database tools
You have knowledge of digital banks and payment platforms
You’re a highly organized self-starter who can manage multiple projects to very tight deadlines, with little supervision
You have excellent attention to detail and have the ability to plan, prioritize and problem solve at a fast pace
You’re proactive, persistent and self-motivated, and you perform assigned tasks and resolve identified concerns with a positive attitude
You’re available to work in the US EDT time zone
