Into direction of new business projects (SDG Lab), which develop and maintain products (more than 10 different product teams) we are looking for experienced Support engineer.
In this role you will be responsible for maintaining different components of our communication platform (based on micro services architecture, k8s).
It means that you will work with the system's logs, set business monitoring, solve incidents, and make documentation.
You will work with modern, high-profile technologies, in a strong technical skills team and friendly environment, where you will grow together with us and upskill.
have experience in maintaining of high load enterprise system for more than 3 years;
have administered Linux systems or you know Linux systems well
use bash (or python for scripts)
can write and read complicated SQL requests for DB
can develop (or correct) CI/CD pipelines with use Gitlab (or with other CI/CD system)
have worked with ELK stack and read and can analyze logs
have experience with the collect, processing and visualized systems: prometheus, zabbix, grafana, sentry
use Ansible (or Chef, Puppet, etc)
you can and want to solve incidents, search the root of problem, troubleshooting
