My client typically advise on strategy development, strategic transformations, capability led transformations, strategy implementation, corporate governance and operating models and across 4 sub-areas below:
Road and Rail Transport. You would play pivotal role in both shaping and enabling ongoing national transformation programs through enhancing road and railway infrastructure, enabling efficient transport of goods and people, and attracting foreign direct investments. Experience in railway operators, trucking companies, freight forwarders and logistics agents is desirable,
General Transportation & Logistics. You would combine a track record of strategy or management consulting with a proven portfolio of projects in the land transport sector, and broader transport & logistics industry knowledge.
Aviation. You will have experience consulting client in airports, airlines, ground handling, ANSPs, investment funds active in airport concessions and aircraft leasing domains, Civil Aviation Authorities or governmental entities in the sector will also be considered. Understanding of the air transport sector, travel segments, airline and airport economics, and the national and public sector priorities across the Middle East to enhance airports’ competitiveness and hub positioning. Strong understanding of the latest plans and policies across governments and regulatory authorities. Experience in Airport Operations and Airport Infrastructure Planning is a plus.
Ports and Sea Transportation. You will have experience consulting client in ports, commercial and passenger shipping, regulatory authorizes, ports related freezones, maritime Authorities or governmental entities in the sector.
