You will play a critical role as a CRM Administrator in helping the customer maximize the use of their Salesforce CRM system, guarantee data integrity, and improve their marketing and data analysis skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Salesforce Environment Management: Clean up and maintain the Salesforce environment to ensure optimal performance and data accuracy. 

  • Salesforce Customization and Optimization: Create basic customizations and views within Salesforce, enhancing user experience and functionality.

  • Segmentation and Analytics: Build and create customer segments for targeted marketing and detailed analytics within Salesforce and Pardot.

  • Data Optimization and Cleanliness: Ensure the integrity and cleanliness of data within Salesforce, and keep contracts updated and accurate.

  • Reporting and Analytics: Build and manage reports and dashboards within Salesforce, extracting actionable insights to inform marketing strategies.

  • Email Marketing Lifecycle: Contribute to the development and execution of nurturing email marketing strategies, utilizing Salesforce and Pardot.

  • Workflow and Email Automation Management: Proficiently use workflows and email automation tools within Salesforce and Pardot for effective marketing campaigns.

What Success Looks Like:

  • Optimized Salesforce Management: Successfully maintaining a clean and efficient Salesforce environment, ensuring data accuracy and contract updates.

  • Data Analytics Mastery: Demonstrating proficiency in analyzing and reporting data within Salesforce to drive informed marketing decisions.

  • Email Marketing Effectiveness: Enhancing customer engagement through well-executed email marketing campaigns, including proficiency in cold email techniques.

  • Collaborative Teamwork: Working effectively with other teams to align marketing strategies with broader business goals.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in managing Salesforce environments, particularly with a focus on marketing.

  • Proven experience in data optimization and maintaining data cleanliness within Salesforce.

  • Strong capability in building and interpreting reports and dashboards from Salesforce analytics.

  • Experience with email marketing lifecycle management, preferably with Salesforce and Pardot.

  • Cold email marketing experience is an added advantage.

  • Ability to work on East Coast hours, coordinating with our team and clients.
