JOB OPENING FOR AN ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER IN THE UK, WORK VISA SPONSORSHIP AVAILABLE, £30K ANNUALLY

For a pizza business, they are now employing four assistant store managers. We have a sponsorship licence and are happy to sponsor applicants with the desired experience.

You will need to be passionate about people and thrive on developing teams and driving operational greatness through working alongside your team.

Our main goal is to make and serve great quality pizzas at speed, whilst looking after our dedicated customers and leading a large team efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

Managing all aspects of food hygiene and store cleanliness

Controlling costs on a day-to-day basis to improve profitability

Motivating your team to promote efficiency throughout the store to achieve our company’s high standards

Maintaining a strong brand image and service standards including uniform/presentation standards and our philosophy on customer serviceAlways maintaining and developing the best practices.
