You will also be required to heavily contribute to our tooling optimization projects.
Process Onboarding and Offboarding tickets (Identity and Access management) and prepare hardware for new joiners.
Maintain a high level of communication with the HR department and office management to ensure a smooth onboarding experience while providing a high degree of on-site availability.
Provide 1st and 2nd-level support for our end-users (hardware and software troubleshooting)
Maintain accurate and up-to-date IT inventory
Communicate and align with other technical departments as needed, on and off-site.
Maintain 20+ Zoom meeting rooms to ensure service continuity
Have proven experience as an IT support specialist
Possess a high level of urgency, readiness and courage to be involved in new projects such as implementations and process enhancements
Have a strong working knowledge of installing, configuring, and troubleshooting both Windows and MacOS operating systems
Possess Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 administration skills at a strong level
Have solid technical knowledge of MDM and Asset management solutions
Are fluent in English
