You make sure that our technical colleagues can operate wherever and at any time with the support of the IT helpdesk, new system provision, network administration, and hardware management. Supervision of all Statista employees in IT-related questions
Analysis, classification and processing of incoming requests in the ticket system (1st and 2nd level support)
Test, configuration and installation of IT tools (hardware and software)
User and rights management in Windows domain and Microsoft 365
Support in the process of continuous service improvement
Creation of technical documentation and user manuals
Completed training in the IT sector, for example as an IT specialist for system integration (f/m/d) and/or initial professional experience in IT service units
Pronounced initiative, strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
User and solution-oriented thinking and acting
Sound knowledge of Microsoft infrastructures
Solving questions and helping with challenges is your daily bread and your ambition spurs you on to find out what you don't know
Fluent German and good written and spoken English
