Job requirements

Some of the key responsibilities include (but not limited to):

- Responsible to handle end to end recruitment cycle for IT Positions (70% IT + 30% Non IT)

- Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives

- Post job ads on professional sites, jobs sites and social media.

- Share the vacancy details with consultancy

- Screen resumes

- Take initial interview rounds

- Continuous follow up with consultancy and candidates, pre and post interview till onboarding.

- Managing team of recruiters

- Phone, Skype, MS Teams and online meeting platform skills

- Supports workplace diversity

Education

- Graduate degree will be preferred

Desired Experience

- 4-5 years of core IT recruitment

- Proven work experience as a IT Recruiter
