We are looking for a recruitment associate who would build and execute end to end recruitment cycle and play a key role in the overall rapid growth trajectory of the organization.
Some of the key responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Responsible to handle end to end recruitment cycle for IT Positions (70% IT + 30% Non IT)
- Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives
- Post job ads on professional sites, jobs sites and social media.
- Share the vacancy details with consultancy
- Screen resumes
- Take initial interview rounds
- Continuous follow up with consultancy and candidates, pre and post interview till onboarding.
- Managing team of recruiters
