We are looking for an enthusiastic International SEO Specialist who is full of ideas and energy to take our brand to the next level of growth. For this role, we are looking for a dynamic, high-performing person with experience in thinking and executing SEO content campaigns, and a track of measurable results. We are based in Florence, Italy. This role can be performed fully remotely for the right candidate!
Develop optimization strategies that increase the company's search engine results rankings
Monitor key metrics to understand SEO strategy performance
Conduct keyword research to create content in 5 different languages
Collaborate with content team and native speakers to manage an International SEO strategy
Set measurable goals and act accordingly
Identify low-hanging fruits and areas of improvement
Identify opportunities to grow organically
Carry out tests and experiments to generate more traffic
Basic SEO mentoring for content writers
3+ years in a SEO specialist role preferably in SaaS dealing with large organizations, and multiple countries
Familiarity with logistics and ecommerce is a huge plus
Proficient use of: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and keyword research tools like Ahrefs or SemRush
Knowledge of Schema Markup is a big plus
Proactive approach and able to propose new ideas and solutions
Data-driven and analytical mindset with attention to detail
Personal and professional development are of high importance to you, as well as an open feedback culture
You are fluent in English, and at least one of these European languages: Italian, Spanish, German, or French
You are a self starter who thrives in a fast paced environment
