Passed IELTs / OET (at the required NMC level) or fluent in English language
Passed CBT
Completed NMC Application
Significant number post-graduate experience in nursing
Ideally registered nursing experience in one of the following specialisms: Oncology, Haematology, ICU, Orthopaedics, Cardiac, Surgical or Theatres (Recovery, Scrub or Anaesthetic)

Job Overview
Joining HCA Healthcare UK, you’ll be working towards the completion of the OSCE training programme, gaining your NMC registration and the post of Registered Nurse. During this time, you’ll develop and grow while maintaining all the knowledge and skills you need to succeed here at HCA UK. At the end of the programme, you’ll be fully equipped to undertake the duties required of a Registered Nurse, which could include:
Assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating care to meet the patient and their family’s needs
Planning and delivering appropriate care for admissions and discharges
Undertaking extended roles such as venepuncture, cannulation and phlebotomy
Contributing to the ongoing research-based care and other practice development initiatives
Working with junior staff and delegating and supervising the care in a fair and equitable manner
Recognising the signs and symptoms of a deteriorating patient and initiate early interventions in a calm and coordinated manner
