Our client is looking for a Data Engineer to join their team. As a Data Engineer, you will be responsible for expanding and managing their extensive data pipeline. Their organization is powered by dozens of integrations importing huge amounts of real-time data and processing it at high speeds. This powers their trading, accounting, and automated strategies.
Responsibilities
Expand and manage an extensive data pipeline
Build systems to ingest and normalize huge real-time data sets
Develop algorithms to transform data into useful, actionable information
Build, test and maintain data pipeline architectures
Create new data validation methods and data analysis tools
Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies
Skill Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or mathematics
Experience working with big data in a real-time setting
Experience building and maintaining data infrastructure
