The overall responsibility working in this Intensive Care Nurse role is to deliver care to patients across ICU Level 1-3. Reporting directly into the Senior Staff Nurses you will be responsible for planning and delivering appropriate care for admissions and discharges to the unit. You will work to ensure that the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of each patient is in line with evidence-based practice. Working as an Intensive Care Nurse will have an innate ability to quickly identify any issues or concerns and act accordingly as well as act as a clinical role model for all members of staff, driving high standards. You may also be assigned other ad hoc duties by your manager and be required to support the manager and deputise when required.
IELTS or OET passed (or exempt from this requirement)
CBT passed
Ready to sit OSCE exam
Minimum of 1years experience working as an Intensive Care Nurse
Be a strong team player with excellent communication skills
Passionate about developing in your career as an ICU Nurse
