Recruit candidates utilizing assorted approaches and techniques.
Post jobs and use job boards and social media to source quality candidates.
Establish recruiting requirements by studying position’s needs.
Conduct job interviews on the phone/via Google Meet or Zoom.
Screen resumes.
Select candidates.
Schedule interviews between job candidates and hiring managers.
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business or marketing.
2+ years of recruiting experience.
