HUMAN RESOURCES EXECUTIVE, REMOTE | WORK FROM HOME

We are seeking a human resources executive to deliver timely human resources services to internal clients, including liaising with HR Business Partners to guarantee that services are meeting necessary standards and partnering with third-party suppliers to ensure service delivery is in line with the needs and expectations of the service center. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide timely and effective services in various functions/areas of the HR Service Centre in meeting the business needs and the stakeholders’ concern

  • Performs the day-to-day HR service center processing, including Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Welfare, HRIS, and Talent Management, as well as liaison with different functional units/business units

  • Handling the employees’ requests, inquiries, and complaints, at the first call resolution where possible

  • Managing the administration support, including HRIS administration, payroll processing, letters, and contracts preparation

  • Ensure the daily activities in the HR service center with are comply with the standard work procedures and related legal requirements

  • Continuous strike for “zero error” program in achieving the “Centre of Excellence” in HR deliveries

  • Maintain a high-performance culture within the service center

  • Analyse variances in operations and initiate cost reduction as appropriate

  • Prepare activity, budget, and performance activities reports to the management

  • Adherence to SGS Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Policy by upholding good safety behavior and exercising necessary standards and processes when carrying out your responsibilities at all times to ensure compliance with the HSE requirements

  • Perform any other responsibilities as assigned by your reporting manager and/or Senior Management

Qualifications

  • Degree/Diploma in Human Resources, Economics, Business Administration, or equivalent

  • Minimum 3 years experience in human resources with exposure to payroll, compensation & benefits functions

  • Knowledge of the Employment Act, ISO9001, or relevant shared service standards is an added advantage

  • Knowledge of using computer/MS Office is a prerequisite and exposure to HRIS (particularly in Talent2 / Ascender) is an added advantage

  • Detail-oriented and ability to maintain confidentiality records

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, exceptional mathematical, and calculation skills

  • Able to meet stringent deadlines with a strong sense of responsibility, commitment, and urgency

  • Mature, diligent, and conscientious to work under limited supervision and able to work extended hours if required to ensure smooth completion of the payroll process

  • Organized, systematic with the ability to manage a large volume of transactional tasks on daily
