You are responsible for full-cycle of recruitment ensuring our open positions from product to support are filled fast and with high quality:
Work with C-level and Leads to create job specs and interview plans
Headhunt. The best people are usually not on the market
Stay creative and flexible in where and how to find the people, both passive and active talent
Do screening interviews to understand the motivation and culture match
Propose and negotiate offers in collaboration with COO
Optimize, optimize, optimize. Data gives you the power to ensure every action is the shortest way to the goal
Coach hiring managers and team members to be great interviewers
