What we expect:
Proven HR experience (min: 1-2 years of experience in HR specialist/assistant);
Fluent in English (B2 level min.);
You are able to build strong relationships and influence a variety of internal and external stakeholders;
Proven experience working in fast-paced growing environments;
Flexibility and ability to handle and navigate changes with excellent communication skills;
You are proactive, data-driven, and can prioritize your tasks independently.
Responsibilities:
Answer line managers’ and employees’ HR queries; acting as contact point for HR matters requiring specific subject matter knowledge;
Stay close to people (leading regular meetings with management and 1:1 with employees) to understand what is driving and keep them committed and engaged when working for CoinsPaid;
Understand issues and problems; help design and implement employee retention and employee engagement initiatives, creating compelling culture;
Collect HR data and document workflow in a timely fashion;
Supporting the onboarding and offboarding process in order to ensure a smooth transition;
Participating in development, launching, and supporting all HR Processes;
Taking care of HR Systems.
