In order to support the administrative and transactional needs of the region, the HR Operations Supervisor collaborates with Ministry HR Partners, HRIS, and the Regional HR Operations team.
Collaborate with Ministry HR Partners and leaders to understand local HR issues and requirements, and identify regional enhancement opportunities.
Supervise HR Operations team workloads and service quality for administrative and transactional responsibilities to meet established objectives.
Provide escalation support for HR Operations Coordinators and Assistants, including research of escalated issues and recommendations for resolution.
Collaborate with other HR Operations Supervisors and Managers to identify process, policy and system enhancements.
Ensure compliance of HR operations activities with Human Resources policies, procedures, and related HR programs.

Education:
High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 1 year of experience OR 5 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience required.
2 years of leadership or management experience is, preferred.
