Close cooperation and support of the managers in the HR department
Participation in the implementation and further development of HR processes, workflow automation and digital transformation
Independent assumption of operational tasks in day-to-day business, especially in the areas of people services, onboarding, offboarding and HR operations
Design and implementation of own concepts and ideas in the field of FeelGood Management as well as support for established activities
Participation in projects such as the introduction of performance management and employee satisfaction
Support of workplace management, especially in the implementation of new concepts
Successfully completed studies in the field of psychology, business psychology or business administration with a focus on human resources or comparable training
Initial work experience in the HR department as an intern or working student is desirable
A high degree of commitment, responsibility and flexibility
Language skills: German native speaker level, English fluent in spoken and written
We require an independent and dynamic way of working as well as creativity and communication skills
Safe handling of Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel and Power Point
