In order to drive corporate strategic initiatives, we are searching for an HR Lead that can offer knowledge in a variety of HR areas.
Oversee the work for the internal recruitment team
Business Partner with business team to understand hiring needs and coach business
Optimize HR system & Processes
day-to-day ensure day-to-day HR Operations are operating efficiently and aligned with best practices.
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
Implement country policies that are related to employees’ welfare, compensation, benefits, onboarding/offboarding processes, etc.
Be involved in various HR Projects and initiatives as and when required.
Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation.
Provide advice and coaching to managers on all employee matters including, organizational development, performance reviews, compensation and benefits, employee relations, etc.
Be a subject matter expert and provide guidance to business leaders and employees on any HR related matters.
Manage the recruitment and selection process.
Support HR processes and initiatives to continuously improve the service we offer.
Strong experience as an HR Generalist
5 years of HR Generalist experience ideally within the Crypto, Tech, Fintech, and Finance industries.
Experience across Europe
Strong communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills.
Excellent fluency in English (written and spoken).
Outstanding people skills.
A pro-active ‘can-do’ attitude.
Experience working with high-performing teams.
Team player with strong initiative and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and be able to work independently.
Have an interest in the Cryptocurrency/ Blockchain industry.
