HR ADMINISTRATOR | REMOTE

This role sits within the ‘Wider Service Delivery Team’ working on an assignment basis aligned to your specialist area of recruitment administration. You will be allocated projects in accordance with account development strategies and you may be asked to provide holiday and sickness cover to the Core support service team.
 
It would be beneficial to have experience in the areas of fintech, engineering and banking, however we also welcome applications from outside these sectors.

In order for us to continue creating ‘WOW’ moments, and respond to the developing needs of both clients and the sectors they operate in, FYXER is on a journey, transitioning from one service delivery model “V1”, to another, “V2”. The goal is to ensure that FYXER remains agile and responsive to all its current and future clients needs and aspirations.
 

 
As this role is fully remote, we welcome applications from outside of the United Kingdom.


 
Key activities and responsibilities include:
 

  • Providing administrative support to clients’ recruitment and resourcing functions

  • Scoping and defining the internal recruitment process

  • Acting as the key point of contact for internal and external queries throughout the recruitment process

  • Responsibility for completing the full post offer process, including: contracts of employment; legally compliant checks (right to work and DBS clearance) and new starter onboarding

  • Working with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and pipeline management

  • Support the operational team in providing high quality and successful delivery of a recruitment solution

  • Clear candidates in a timely manner, meeting all legal and client contractual requirements

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of any legislative and contractual compliance requirements and changes

Requirements

  • You have 1+ years' experience within recruitment administration

  • You are available to work flexibly between 8:30am - 5:30pm (core UK client working hours)

  • You anticipate client needs and work proactively to support and deliver exceptional service

  • You are a team player and have the ability to forge good working relationships with a variety of different personalities

  • You are technologically savvy or willing to learn as you’ll be using FYXER and clients' systems

  • You can adapt your approach and think creatively when a problem needs solving fast

  • You always strive for improvement

  • You are proactive and you thrive in a fast paced and remote working environment

  • Your attention to detail and time management is second to none

  • You have exceptional communication skills (listening, speaking and writing)

We're looking for individuals that have flexibility to commit to a minimum of 130 hours/month. In return, we offer a friendly and supportive community at FYXER.
