A Housekeeping Room Attendant is needed by a hotel in Qatar. under the direction of the housekeeping supervisor, carries out routine cleaning and service of guest rooms and bathrooms. An excellent room attendant will present a favorable impression of the hotel to visitors. They will also be able to handle requests from and difficulties with visitors. He or she must keep up-to-date on all policies and services related to the housekeeping department as well as the rules and regulations of the hotel. Continually stay informed on proper equipment use and maintenance. Visa costs and flights will be covered by the Hotel Group.
Greeting guests and responding to queries.
Changing bed linen and making beds.
Replacing used towels and other bathroom amenities, such as shampoo and soap.
Sweeping and mopping floors.
Vacuuming carpets.
Dusting and polishing furniture.
Emptying trash containers and ashtrays.
Restocking beverages and food items in the minibar.
Cleaning public areas, such as corridors.
Reporting any technical issues and maintenance needs.
Updating the status of guest rooms on the assignment sheet.
Returning and restocking cleaning cart at shift end.
Previous Housekeeping Experience - 2 years.
Experience using industrial cleaning equipment and products.
Flexible working hours.
Ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting high-performance standards.
Physical mobility and stamina.
Ability to follow instructions.
