Join our excellent team in Qatar and provide exceptional spa experiences. We are looking to hire someone who is passionate and optimistic. The successful candidate will be required to perform and provide guests with a wide range of beauty, body, and skin therapy and treatments in addition to meeting the necessary retail targets under pressure while upholding the quality and standards of our hotel brand in accordance with international policies and procedures. The successful candidate will report to the spa management. Flights and visa fees will be paid for by the Hotel Group.
Recognized & relevant qualifications in Body, Skincare, and Beauty Therapy and treatment
Qualified in Gel nail therapy application and removal
At least 2 years experience as a therapist in massage techniques, manicures, pedicures, waxing, face and body therapies within a spa & wellness environment
Professional Disposition

Proven ability to drive retail targets
Ability to work within a pressurized environment
Ability to use Initiative and be proactive and self-driven
Ability to work without supervision and within a team
Attention to detail pertaining to the area of responsibility
Required to work rostered shifts and irregular hours as per operational requirements
Flexible working hours as well as availability to work weekends and Public holidays as per operational requirements
Grade 12 and relevant qualification in aesthetics ie. Masters Diploma in Aesthetician.
Minimum 2 - 3 years of spa therapist experience.
Practical experience in massage techniques, manicures, pedicures, waxing and face/body therapies, advanced facials, holistic body treatment, etc.
Passionate about healing and wellness.

Impeccably groomed.
User-level computer skills.
Fluent in English.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Excellent interpersonal- & communication skills.

Comfortable in dealing with very distinguished clientele
