Established in 2013, the trust has since grown to provide holistic education services to over 1500 young people experiencing intrinsic barriers to learning including profound and multiple learning disabilities, sensory differences, SLCN, and complex medical histories. Each education centre offers its students a personalised approach, intensive support, and integrated therapies for a comprehensive learning experience – championing respect, establishing strong foundations, and initiating access to life-changing opportunities – that brings out their full potential.

As an Occupational Therapist, you will join the multidisciplinary clinical team in delivering targeted interventions that enable students to feel valued, develop new knowledge and skills, and gain the confidence they need to grow and thrive in line with their interests and aspirations.

You may choose to join a centre in Camberwell, Uxbridge, or Sutton.

Joining initially in an NHS Band 6 or Band 7-equivalent capacity, you will be able to take advantage of workplace research and clinical development opportunities, including clinical supervision and peer support, as part of a well-rounded CPD and career progression pathway.
