In order to manage the financial side of our business, our client is looking for a versatile and detail-oriented individual to fill the post of Accountant. This is a perfect position for a proactive and organized professional who can multitask efficiently and ensure the smooth functioning of our office.
Financial Management: Maintain and manage the financial records of the company, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
Budgeting: Assist in budget preparation, monitor expenditures, and provide financial reports to support decision-making.
Tax Compliance: Prepare and file all required tax documents, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and deadlines.
Payroll: Process payroll, including calculations, deductions, and distribution of paychecks or direct deposits.
Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis, identify cost-saving opportunities, and provide insights to support financial planning.
Vendor Management: Maintain relationships with vendors, negotiate terms, and process invoices and payments in a timely manner.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Certified CPA
Proven experience in accounting and financial management.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software (e.g., QBO).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Discretion and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
English Proficiency.
Compensation: 1.5 - 2k monthly. (Full time role)
