To expand our team, we are searching for a dynamic and driven public relations manager. In order to contribute to strategic PR and communications initiatives that will improve the brand's reputation and exposure, the ideal applicant will be in charge of carrying out the required research and competitive analysis. Performance evaluation, internal stakeholder coordination, media planning, and relationship management are all part of the job description. The PR Lead will receive direct reports from the chosen candidate.
Conducting research on potential media partners on a global and regional scale, and exploring new opportunities for collaboration
Working with the Market Intelligence team to create quarterly surveys among key client segments/regions
Producing frequent competitor analysis reports in terms of public relations activity
Managing the PR team’s media monitoring tool and creating analytics reports on a monthly and quarterly basis, as well as for specific campaigns
Managing the PR Jira board for the team, coordinating tasks, stakeholder approvals, translations, Compliance approvals, etc.
Handling administrative tasks, including invoices, legal agreements, drafting of proposals and business cases, etc.
Creating pre-campaign activation plans and post-campaign reports, presenting opportunities and results, respectively
Liaising with other Marketing teams like Social Media for further promotion of PR content on other Exness channels
Regularly updating the PR calendar and website Media Room with monthly activities
In collaboration with the design team, creating and maintaining a media library with visuals for various PR campaigns
2 or more years of experience within the CFDs industry working in a similar role
Excellent verbal and nonverbal communication, business acumen, and organizational, presentation, and problem-solving skills
Verbal and written fluency in English, with any additional language considered a plus
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
