You will:

  • Turn marketing and brand insights into creative ideas that both achieve business goals and raise the bar in creativity;

  • Campaign Conceptualization: Work closely with the creative team to develop innovative and disruptive campaign concepts that align with the brand's creative strategy. Elevate the visual identity of the brand through your creative vision;

  • Project Management: Oversee the project management of all campaigns, ensuring critical paths and timelines are observed. Maintain a focus on efficiency and quality in campaign execution;

  • Collaboration: Work directly with the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), Head of Brand, and Head of Design to ensure alignment across all creative efforts. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages cross-functional creativity;

  • Team Development: Mentor, and develop the existing internal team of brilliant creatives. Inspire and lead the team to achieve creative excellence, setting high standards for innovation and execution.

What makes you a great fit:

  • Experience: A minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in visual identity creation, marketing campaign development, and strategic creative leadership;

  • Education: Ideally, hold a Bachelor's degree in graphic design, fine arts, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus;

  • Industry experience is a plus (fintech, trading, gaming etc.)

  • Marketing understanding: Solid grasp of marketing metrics;

Candidate Journey: 

  1. Application Review: The first step entails a comprehensive evaluation of the candidate's application, with a specific emphasis on the presentation of their portfolio.

  2. Talent Acquisition (TA) Interview: After the portfolio review, candidates undergo an interview with a member of the Talent Acquisition team. This interview is a chance to assess the candidate's qualifications and suitability for the role.

  3. Hiring Manager Interview: In this stage, you will meet with our Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). During this interview, you may be invited to walk us through your most significant projects and campaigns, explaining their impact.
