As aHead of Digital Transformation, you will be responsible for identifying potential areas for change across the broader Virgin Media organisation and championing a digital first agenda. You will be an ambassador for change managing multiple, large-scale, high-profile projects spanning across commercial, technology, support and strategy departments of the organisation. As a specialist in digital transformation, you will assess strategic and operational feasibility of large technology-driven programs by engaging senior stakeholders. This is a key role for us so you will be frequently engaging with the C-suite and CEO on Digital and change topics across the broader organization.
On top of this, you’ll set OKRs, estimate budget requirements and define business implications across all impacted areas of the business. Speed is key, so you’ll engineer governance frameworks to allow for rapid change while maintaining sufficient levels of control through Digital Transformation efforts. As a change agent, you’ll pro-actively drive thought leadership by developing creative ideas/solutions and present these back at public events, panels, offsites, internal trainings and other external/in-house gatherings.
At Virgin Media we believe in team play. This means you’ll work collaboratively, manage coach and develop other members and further build out the digital organisation by leading efforts on training, recruitment, culture definition and resource allocation.
Previous experience within a top-tier management consultancy / turnaround / restructuring consultancy.
7+ years of experience in transformation, restructuring, turnaround, management consulting or other high-paced change roles
Self-starter with insatiable drive and passion for change and able to consistently deliver to deadlines in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
Demonstrated affinity for technology and digital tools
Demonstrated ability to manage program deliverables within budgetary, resource and scheduling requirements against defined project milestones and deadlines
Experience working within consultancy
Multi-year leadership experience with large, cross-functional teams on high-profile engagements within major organizations
Thorough understanding of managing large budgets within business verticals/departments

Academic background in sciences or finance / economics
Significant experience with digital transformation projects or large-scale change
