Reporting to our Director of Marketing as our Head of Content, you will be responsible for developing and scaling our content marketing throughout the marketing funnel. You are a creative and data-driven marketing content leader with experience growing an expert team. You have excellent story-telling skills and previous experience successfully scaling B2B/SaaS. You are passionate about growing people to their full potential and excel at working cross-functionally to build and execute a content strategy. You are results-driven, a big-ideas person, and are able to construct and evolve a measurement framework that connects content to business results.
The Head of Content will be a key part of our Marketing Leadership team, alongside peers in Brand, Performance, Product Marketing and Growth. You will work closely with your fellow leaders and Exec team to develop, inspire and bring our marketing strategy to life.
You will:
Lead and grow a team of mid-senior content and SEO marketers. Help the entire marketing team elevate our game and do great work
Lead the creation of content initiatives that our target customers want to follow, share and tell their friends about
Dramatically increase the impact of content on growing our market footprint and customer acquisition
Deeply understand our customers, their pains, and their challenges, so we know how to answer them
Prioritize brilliantly. Be bold and move fast, be radically candid and prioritize our biggest growth opportunities.
Be hands-on and work right there alongside your team.
Manage a six-figure budget
Requirements:
A minimum of 5+ years in content and a min of 3+ years in a strong leadership role driving explosive growth at a high level, ideally for B2B/SaaS. You've coached and mentored content marketers in their careers.
You have proven hands-on experience in creating great content that fuels exponential growth.
You have proven experience managing large budgets.
You use data to drive content decisions.

Compensation Range:
The compensation range for a team member in this role is €100,000 to €140,000 annually where the offer typically falls in the range of €110,000 to €120,000.
