You will work closely with the Marketing Lead and Growth Lead who will push you to greatness, but will also always have your back to ensure a smooth tactical execution of campaigns and evaluate results. You work with and brief content creators if you need new landing pages, video material or other assets for your campaigns. You use data to back up your ideas and evaluate the results, and communicate clearly both in sync and asynchronously - crucial for a remote company like TheyDo.


 

What you'll do

  • Define: budgets for campaigns in line with a marketing business case.

  • Identify: learnings from campaigns and growth loops.

  • Conceptualize and execute campaigns across multiple channels, including webinars, events, email, content, paid media, and more.

  • Measure and optimize the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and channel performance.

  • Build and optimize repeatable processes, templates, and best practices for demand generation.

  • Outline: a coordinated campaign plan in which channels complement each other.

  • Manage: our paid, earned and owned channels day-to-day.

What we're looking for

  • A journey attitude. You understand what content fits what phase of the acquisition journey and are not afraid to ask senior members of the team how to personalize content on a step level to make it stick.

  • Someone that enjoys remote work, and async work but who’s not afraid to set up meetings in person.

  • Experience in turning data into actionable insights and experiments that are growth loops by design.

  • Expertise in paid, earned and owned media channels to convert visitors into sign-ups.

  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to plan and execute multiple projects simultaneously.

  • A customer-centric vision. You have an intrinsic motivation to make the world a more customer-centric place.

  • A learning & growing mindset: our team size and the process will evolve many times over the next few years. We strive to improve and integrate what we learn continuously.

  • A self-managed individual that thrives in a scale-up phase where things move fast and sometimes break, and loves to improve things as we grow.

  • Strong soft skills, online and in-person.
