We are currently looking for a world-class Growth Analyst to join the growing team in our company.
As Growth Analyst you will:
User data analysis and put together hypotheses, test, act, and adjust accordingly
Analyse digital marketing initiatives across all channels, through the whole user journey, make recommendations and optimize
Drive user behaviour and segment study to continuously improve conversation rate and user retention
Build prediction model overtime
Passion for data insights
Strong analytical skills - ability to interpret large data sets and translate into insight and intelligence
Experience with building statistical model and using different statistical methods to analyse and solve complex problem
Understanding of digital marketing, business growth and forecasting
Proven experience and ability working independently in SQL
Additional programming languages beyond SQL is a plus (Python, R etc.)
Experience with Looker or equivalent visualisation tools is a plus
Experience of retention / customer segmentation research is a plus
