This is a fully remote contractor position.

HOW YOU WILL SPEND YOUR TIME
Creating converting designs for Facebook and Instagram ads, emails, web banner and landing pages for our clients
Collaborating with the media buyers and other creators to brainstorm ideas and gain feedback on your design performance
Working with multiple different brands at once and organizing your time & projects autonomously
Participating in meetings with the team to discuss ideas and angles for upcoming creatives
Experimenting with new ideas and strategies to increase conversion of your designs
THE PERFECT CANDIDATE FOR THIS POSITION
You have several years of experience with Graphic Design working in a digital marketing agency or eCommerce brand
You have a portfolio to showcase your work
You are interested in marketing and learning more about various aspects of digital marketing
You have the drive to learn all the time and solve problems thrown at you
You are detail oriented & love analyzing and tracking data
You can work independently and in a team environment, and can easily change between environments
You have some experience managing a cross-functional team
You are a self-starter and able to motivate yourself without others’ guidance
You are fluent in English and have great communication skills
