Your responsibilities

As our global recruiter, you'll have the chance to collaborate with a diverse team that specializes in content marketing and customer advocacy and benefits from remote work.

  • Drive the end-to-end talent acquisition process for various positions, including core team, contractors and vendors

  • Identify and engage the talent using various media platforms

  • Proactively recruit and maintain a relationship with top candidates

  • Lead and improve the selection process in collaboration with the hiring managers

  • Provide administrative and organizational support in contract negotiation and renewals

  • Work with various job posting platforms and applicant tracking systems

  • Conduct competency-based interviews

  • Maintain applicant database in TalentLyft and other HR tools

  • Keep track and report on the recruitment budgets and KPIs

Qualification

  • A minimum of 3 years experience in international recruitment

  • Experience contracting freelancers

  • Great communication and interviewing skills

  • Proven success working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment, and with multiple time zones

  • You are results-driven, used to working in a fast-paced industry

  • You are known to be proactive, and eager to innovate in the way you recruit

  • Fluency in English
