majestic is a global music discovery platform. We strive to continuously seek out undiscovered talent and give emerging musicians, photographers, filmmakers, and more - a platform to share their work with the world. We curate, produce and share beautiful content and experiences — inspiring a community of curious minds every day.
Strategise. You will develop a strategy and roadmap for all events, defining objectives and key milestones.
Conceptualisation. You will develop ideas and create engaging presentation decks to display your vision in a beautifully designed way.
Programming & Curation. You will curate, scout and programme a wide range of talent for the events, such as musicians, speakers, photographers and workshop hosts + more.
Sponsoring & Partnerships. You will develop brand partnerships and manage all sponsorship communications and agreements.
PR & Marketing. You will know how to get the best out of promoting our events through PR and Marketing, working with both in-house teams and external partners.
Production & Logistics Management. You will hire and manage the relationships with local production teams in various countries. You will be on top of ensuring safety requirements are set and all logistical processes are in place. You will be responsible for hosting and/or recruiting hosts for events - working on-location from set up to completion.
Post-event Management. You will be responsible for post-event management, reporting and evaluating.
You have a track record as an Event Manager and can talk to us through your experience.
You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You’re energetic, fun to be around and have a positive energy.
You’re a keen and curious music lover, with a firm understanding of the majestic brand and ideally an existing network of music connections.
Your project management skills are on point and you are incredibly organised.
You have significant experience in leading and managing a team.
You’re willing to and have flexibility to travel when needed.
Full professional proficiency in English.

Salary: €36,000 - €48,000 per annum
Reporting into: CEO, Founder (HP Nick)
Level: Midweight
Location: Berlin, Germany or Remote
Hours: 40 hours per week
