Our software development team needs a Scrum Master to oversee and mentor them. You will be our go-to resource when it comes to using scrum to generate excellent work. Among the responsibilities of a scrum master include scheduling, problem-solving, and Agile methodology coaching for team members. In the end, you will contribute to the development of adaptable, self-organizing teams that are extremely productive during sprints.
Scrum Master experience and skills You should have excellent knowledge of the scrum framework, with all its artifacts and techniques. You’ll also need to coordinate people and projects (occasionally facilitating changes) with your mindset on deliverables. If you’re a strong communicator, a capable leader, and invested in Agile frameworks, we’d like to meet you.
Experience in a Scrum Master role
Familiarity with software development
Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts
Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks (Crystal, XP, etc.)
Excellent communication and servant leadership skills
Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
Outstanding organizational skills
Degree in Computer Science, Business, or a similar seeking field
Scrum master certification is a plus
