Efficiently handle legal documents and files, even in a remote work environment. Maintain meticulous records for easy retrieval.
Utilize online resources and databases to gather relevant information. Provide concise summaries and insights to assist attorneys in building strong cases.
Collaborate with attorneys to create accurate and well-structured legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and correspondence.
Communicate professionally with clients via phone, email, or virtual channels. Your clear communication ensures a positive client experience.
Handle scheduling, appointments, and deadlines. Keep attorneys organized and on track.
Maintain organized case files, ensuring all relevant materials are readily accessible.
File documents accurately and promptly to meet court rules and deadlines.
Work closely with attorneys and legal professionals. Assist in managing their caseload, providing essential administrative support.
Help organize case materials, track deadlines, and manage case-related information effectively.
A Bachelor’s degree in Law or currently in Law School is required
Personal Injury experience is a plus
Minimum of 1-2 years of paralegal experience.
Familiarity with specific practice areas (e.g., bankruptcy, immigration, family law) as needed.
Comfortable using technology tools for communication, document management, and research.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Understand and adhere to legal ethics and confidentiality requirements.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
Willing to work on the Pacific Standard Time schedule, this is a graveyard shift for the Philippines.
Own Laptop or Desktop (8GB RAM, Core i5 or above) with an internet connection of at least 10 Mbps
