Duties
Will be responsible for selecting an optimal FX solution in all instances and currencies - maximizing the profitability of the FX trading proposition of Ebury, in a controlled and scalable manner.
Develop strong relationships and provide Deel’s dealing floor across the globe with the best FX pricing alternative, using different FX providers and different instruments.
Help build the trading section in Deel internal treasury system and work with the product and engineering team to design automatic trading within the system based on the company automated cash forecast.
Be in charge of maximizing the return on corporate funds, while preserving the principal and maintaining the capital in safe vehicles that are in line with Deel investment Policy.
Work with the accounting team to capture all fx transactions automatically using integration within systems.
Build and implement Fx and Hedging policies globally.
Requirements
Experience: 3 years as an FX trader managing a book or in dealing support execution roles in a fintech or bank. Additionally, experience structuring complex FX Options will be greatly valued.
Education: economics or quantitative degree. CFA and similar qualifications will be valued.
IT FO platform skills: Bloomberg required.
Strong communication skills and an ability to build and leverage cross-functional relationships. High level of English.
